Mod Discussion I have killed the vampire and the Jarl has told me she would make me thane and I show that I need to help 3 people but I don’t show any quest markers (which I know happens with some quests).While there may never really be a great time to go to the hospital, there are a few specific times of the year and even times of day when the hospital is best avoided, if possible....Since “Talk to the Jarl of Farkreath” and other quests that follows are the trigger of the Hearthfire DLC, if you don’t do it you will not be able to buy any piece of land.
