My 180 size empire is getting -8% defense army damage due to empire size, which makes it look like you can get to -100% damage pretty quickly. Normal empires don't get this negative effect, just Sovereign Guardianship empires.Open the console and enter debugtooltip. Close the console, hit F2. Hover over the icon next to the empire you want to play as. In the Tooltip display at the bottom will be the ID. Open the console and type play (id number).
