Some of the short wheelbase guys like the T221 since they have a dropped rear output - it helps with driveshaft angles. I think the 208 will be fine for your needs but u will need to the adapter from the 700r4 to bolt it to your th350 since the np 203 uses a weird shape bolt up pattern vs the the 208 having a typical 6 bolt round pattern.
