My Atomstack burned the lens and couldn't cut plywood any more. I have a 5w diode and can cut 3mm in like 12 passes… distance doesn't matter as long as you are properly focused. Disregard all. I figured out what this issue is. The % of power was too low to visibly see the beam. Needs to be about 2-3% to see the beam. At least in the lighting in my shop.
