Once screws out I snapped off and unplugged the usb and cig lighter. Next I took all transferable parts out of old bezel and moved to new bezel.Hemi 5.7. They are easy to switch out and you will be able to fins a center seat on ebay for a couple hundred dollars. Good news is that your console is worth over $1000.
