I'm trying to update the firmware on the A40's for an Xbox Series X. I've tried on a MacBook Pro and Windows PC and each time it says "Error" and doesn't update.The Astro A50 headphones feature a side panel rocker selector that allows users to adjust the volume balance between in-game sound and party chat volume.
